Avira issues

I run the programme on a Dell Vista installed laptop.Every time I run the programe aprt from the first time following installation, I get the following error message - "Error of Initialisation volume" and the programme therefore won't run. I uninstall and re-install and it works once only! Not very satisfactory.

I want to use it to recover files which are supposedly deleted but remain and after recovery use a washing and bleaching programme to finally remove them. When it works it does this fine.

Easy to use.

I downloaded Avira 1.4 while on vacation, my daughter had deleted some movies she took of kayakers. The pictures and movies were recovered easily. The snapshots were fine. Of the 3 movies 2 were fine, one was a little truncated but we got th gist of the content. I was pleased with the outcome.
